Laurent Gautier
President
Doctor in electronics from the Lille University, Laurent Gautier started his career at Cap Sogeti before joining the ’Terminals & PCs’ department of the IT division at BNP. In 1989, Laurent and René Lagrèze decided to create Ilex, and after nearly 20 years continues to occupy the role of president.

René Lagrèze
Managing Director
Following a master’s degree in telecommunications and a post graduate diploma at the Saclay University, René Lagrèze first joined Cap Sogeti then BNP in the IT division’s ’Agency Systems’ department. The creation of Ilex in 1989 with Laurent Gautier was based on the desire to construct a product and services offering entirely founded on technical expertise.

Jean Denuzière
Sales Director
Having experienced various management positions (General Manager, Operations Director, Sales Director), Jean Denuzière joined Ilex as Sales Director in 1998. His role is to drive the company’s commercial activities in France and internationally.

Olivier Morel
Pre-Sales Director
Graduate of the Paris Superior Institute of Mechanical Engineering, he was project manager for BT before joining Ilex as a Pre-Sales Consultant in 2005. Nominated Pre-Sales director in 2007, he leads a team of consultants and works closely with the Sales and Technical departments.
